Scholar of the Month - October

Congratulations to Mikhail Barnansky, grade 7, on his selection as “Scholar of the Month” for October. The subject area was Science.

Mrs. Moran's 7th Grade Classes

Students in Mrs. Moran's 7th-grade reading classes recently created Morphology Superheroes. Students were required to choose a root word or prefix as the basis for their character. In creating these characters, students designed a poster that included a character name, the meaning of the prefix or root, a description of the character and their powers, a drawing of their character, and fun facts about their superhero or villain. The students did an outstanding job in creating these characters!
